Larry Shutes


Director

Larry is a Director of Avviso Public Relations and in charge of the business operation and financial control of the company.

Larry holds a B.Comm (UNSW), and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Since 2002 Larry has held Various ASX listed company Directorships and since 2004 has chaired these company Boards. He has significant Australian Stock Exchange experience, as well as more recently completing a reverse take over for a London based AIM listed vehicle.

The cross sector activities of these companies has been diverse and has extended from IT, into Satellite, into the Agri Sector and lastly the LSX listed vehicle that was an accelerator of cloud based software products. The linking factor between all companies however has been his ability to control Boards, Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance.

Larry was formerly the Finance Director and Deputy Managing Director of Chase Corporation, Australia.

Carolyn Grant

Managing Director

 

Carolyn established Avviso Public Relations in 1992. She works on strategic plans and consulting across the business. She has been a journalist in Australia and the UK and has worked in major PR firms and for government.

She has been a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia’s Registered Consultancy Group. Carolyn has served on committees for The Australia Day Council NSW, The Centenary of Federation, The 2010 Macquarie Anniversary Celebrations committee, The University of Notre Dame Business School and The Australian Museum marketing committee. She has supported numerous charitable and not for profits through Avviso.

Carolyn was a co-founder of the modern Sydney New Year’s Eve, Vivid Sydney and the Volvo Ocean Lovers Festival.
